Lily Rabe

 Lily Rabe is an American actress. Her many roles in FX's horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021), are what make her a household name. The show was nominated for the Tony Award as Best Actress in a Play for her role in The Merchant of Venice. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010), Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe also appeared on television's series The Whispers (2015). The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2211) and The First Lady (2222). Rabe made her debut on screen in 2001, alongside Jill Clayburgh, Rabe's mother. In Massachusetts she also had her first stage appearance at the Gloucester Stage Company. Two one-act plays written by Israel Horovitz, Speaking Well of the Dead, as well as The Crazy Girl, by Frank Pugliese were her roles which earned her an Equity Card. [9] In July 2003 she was in Proof by David Auburn at the Gloucester Stage Company. In the same year, she appeared in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After graduating, she moved back home to New York. Deirdre O’Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play.
